”I had been trying for a long time to reach my ideal weight. I felt tired and had no real motivation left.
Many of the answers I got gave me those ‘aha’ moments – so that’s where it comes from. That gave me a new sense of hope.
It became easier to find motivation and the courage to keep trying. I would recommend this to absolutely everyone.”

”In my everyday life, taking proper breaks was difficult, and that made recovery from work harder.
Talking with the Wellness Coach helped me understand how to structure my workdays so that I wouldn’t end up completely exhausted by the evening.
Since then I’ve started taking small breaks during the day. It’s a simple change but it has made a real difference. I would recommend this to everyone.”
“I like that I get advice exactly tailored to my genes – not generic health tips.”
“My instincts from decades matched the facts in my genes.”

”I used several different services to plan my training and meals. I had to enter the same information over and over again, and sometimes the conversations just went in circles.
With the Wellness Coach, planning both training and diet became simple. I also got reminders for the things I needed. The Coach remembers the information I’ve given, so the conversations don’t start from scratch every time. I can debate with it, gather information, and then make my own decisions.
With the help of the Wellness Coach, my recovery has improved, and I’ve found the right rhythm for my training. I often ask it for ideas and information for my plans. I recommend the Wellness Coach to anyone who wants to improve their wellbeing.

”From the genetic tests and especially the Wellness Coach, I’ve received enormous relief with my diet and now also with weight loss. For the first time in my life (at 69), I feel I’m truly on the right path – balancing my diet, inherited health risks, other traits, exercise, and weight management. It’s such a huge relief after all the countless diets and nutrition advice out there! I warmly recommend it.
The Wellness Coach test has been especially meaningful for me. After years – decades -of wondering what I should eat, I now feel calm, both in my head and in my body. I’m so relieved, and my wellbeing improves day by day! I’ve also had new insights about exercise, which has been a real bonus.”

”I’ve been living a relatively healthy and calm life. My exercise has often been things like yoga, water jogging, and walking, which suit me well, but I’ve always carried some belly fat and wished I could get rid of it. At the same time, I’ve also been on a journey toward fully accepting myself, which has sometimes created a little conflict.
Through the Coach I began to really take in the information that came with my genetics, and it gave me the motivation to start applying that knowledge in practice.
One big change was that I stopped using butter almost completely. I could recommend this to anyone, because it is so much easier to direct your daily habits when they are based on real knowledge about your own genetics.”
”For the first time in my life, I feel I’m truly on the right path with my diet, genetic health risks, exercise, and weight management. It’s an enormous relief after years of diets and conflicting nutrition advice!”

”I was tired, and nothing really excited me the way it used to. There was no clear reason for it, since I wasn’t putting too much pressure on myself at the time. I tried to focus on relaxing and even cut down on caffeine, but it didn’t seem to help.
Then I came across the MTHFR gene mutation and its effect on the methylation process, which is one of the body’s key functions. Folate plays a central role in that process, and through methylation it’s converted into a form the body can use. The mutation means this process doesn’t work properly, and B vitamin levels can stay chronically low, which impacts energy. Methylation also affects the production of serotonin and dopamine. I had a hunch I might carry this mutation, and Evogenom confirmed it.

After that, I started eating more folate-rich dark leafy greens and began taking a supplement with B vitamins in a form my body can actually use.
Step by step, my energy improved and my mind began to feel clearer.
The confirmation of low folate due to the mutation gave me extra motivation to regularly eat leafy greens. I also learned that fasting doesn’t suit me, so since then I’ve tried to eat breakfast before having coffee. Having coffee on an empty stomach can delay appetite for hours and disrupt, at least in women, hormonal balance.
I thought I had already been taking good care of myself, but thanks to the genetic insights I now know how to take even better care. My morning routines with food and coffee have changed, and my energy is so much better.
I recommend Evogenom to anyone who takes care of their health but still struggles with fatigue or mood symptoms.”

Finally advice that matches my biology.
As an engineer, I love testing tools. I tried ChatGPT, Perplexity, and DeepSeek for nutrition and training advice and they all gave me decent suggestions. But I quickly noticed the same thing: they were generic. Good guidelines, sure, but nothing about me.
Then I tried testing with Evogenom and the new Evogenom Wellness Coach. What fascinated me was how the recommendations changed completely once my DNA was in the picture. For example, the macros it suggested were totally different from what I’d been told elsewhere and they actually made sense for my body.
Seeing the differences side by side was eye-opening. The AI tools gave me a baseline, but the Coach connected the dots between science, my habits, and my genes. It felt less like a search engine and more like a personal mentor who really knows me.
For someone who loves data and precision, this was the first time advice didn’t feel like trial and error. It felt like my body’s manual. Genetics is definitely the new valuable data and using AI coaching to make sense of all is of course the game of today.
Strong recommendation!

”It all started with a simple comment from a friend: ‘I gave up sweets and lost ten kilos.’ Inspired, I decided to try the same. The first few weeks were a real struggle – the candy bowl kept calling me – but step by step it got easier. Soon I noticed my clothes fitting better and my energy levels rising.
In the spring I took the next step and did the Evogenom DNA test. The results were an eye-opener: I have a genetic variant that makes me love sweets. Knowing that made my achievement feel even more meaningful. I also found out that I can drink coffee late in the day without disturbing my sleep – an unexpected but welcome bonus.
With EvoCoach I then got something I had never received from other diet advice: a meal plan tailored specifically to my genes. No generic tips, no unnecessary carbs – just a personal plan that actually works.”
”The result? Several kilos lighter, more energy, and the feeling that I’ve finally found a way to reach my goals.”
