“The weight didn’t drop with protein after all”

Experiences

I am a 43-year-old woman from the capital region. Actually, I have struggled with weight management my whole life. I’ve tried various diets and exercise programs, but I never achieved the results I wanted. Almost four months ago, I came across an advertisement on social media about the Finnish Evogenom and its gene-based diet, and I decided to give it a try. I thought to myself, “I have nothing to lose, I’ve tried almost everything.”

I ordered and took the genetic test at home. Nervously, I awaited the results. When they arrived, they revealed that I was more likely to respond best to a low-protein diet.

I adjusted my diet to align with the recommendations from the genetic test. The app provided really good tips and guidance, but at first, it was challenging to adapt to the new diet. However, I soon noticed that my body was reacting positively. My energy increased, my hunger diminished, and the weight started to come off almost effortlessly.

A few months passed, and to my surprise, I began to notice changes in my body. My weight dropped steadily, and I started seeing changes in my reflection. The best part was that I felt good, I didn’t have to fight my appetite anymore, and the constant bloating was gone.

The gene-based diet was a real turning point in my weight management. It helped me understand what kind of food works best for my body, and I achieved my goal in a healthy way. I was telling my husband about it, and he humorously said, “Well, an electric car doesn’t run on gasoline either.” I reflected on that, realizing that for my body, too much protein works as well as gasoline works for an electric car.
